Sculpture At The Mount - Agreement

I agree with all the conditions stated below for existing or proposed sculpture(s) submitted for consideration:

1. viewer-safe fabrication
2. detailed viewer-safe installation plan submitted
3. composed of viewer-safe materials
4. is suitable for long-term, outdoor exposure and weather
5. If accepted, and then when delivered, any of the above conditions are not met and timely remediation is not possible, I accept that the sculpture will not be installed
6. If the sculpture is for sale, the sale will be managed by The Mount during the full period it is installed at the Mount. A 30% of the sale price contribution to the Mount will be included in each completed sale.
